Best Daddy in the World....You Betcha!!!

Paige and Maddie got the surprise of their lives last Wednesday! Paul and I went to the girls school to pick them up and on the drive home (which is literally a 30 sec drive) Paul started asking the girls all kinds of questions about Aly & AJ and Hannah Montana and if they were sad that those girls would be here the next day, which of course they were sad because they LOVE Hannah Montana and we'd tried to get tickets earlier in December but they were gone in 2 secs - BUT what does Paul pull out of his jacket pocket............HANNAH MONTANA TICKETS!!!!!! Paige screamed so loud my ear was ringing for the rest of the day and Maddie was just in complete shock. They were both jumping around and laughing and giggling and just excited beyond belief. If any of you have kids that are into Disney channel then you know all about the Hannah mania - and my girls have it BAD!!!! I was in shock too since Paul had been going all day to make sure he got tickets for his girls to see Hannah Montana. As the best daddy EVER he hunted tickets down like a mad-man and to top it all off - he got 4 tickets and he went with us (didn't want his girls there by themselves)! How sweet is that? His girls were so super excited and just hugging his neck like there was no tomorrow. Once we were at the concert Paul bought them whatever they wanted from the concession stand (of course - dad's a softie for his 2 sweet babies) and he went to get us hot dogs, nachos, pretzels (lots of them for me because I absolutely LOVE those pretzels) peanuts, and lots of cotton candy!! Paul and I sat thru that concert and just laughed at how crazy our girls are and at their little faces and the looks of excitement on them. It was just a great experience for all of us and we all had so much fun!! Our seats were pretty great too!! So not only is this man possibly the greatest dad you could ever come across - but I'm pretty lucky too :)
